Each week, the team on duty will help out with the running of the class. Routine duties include:
- Audio-visual equipments preparation and operation: operate the computer, overhead projector, adjust microphone volume, and ready the screen.
- Environment management: make sure the lights, temperature, air flow, student seats and the writing board are all in proper working order for the class.
- Paperwork management and assistance in coordination of class activities.
- For special tasks, the instructor will meet with responsible team members ahead of the class.
